Practice Areas & Firm Overview
The Law Offices of Paul A. Lange, LLC devotes substantially all its efforts to representation of the aviation and insurance industries. The firm's roots lie in its founder and namesake's start as an attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration, and his later position as an associate at two large firms in New York City handling large, complex aircraft accident and product liability matters. While aviation regulatory matters and insurance defense/coverage work relating to aircraft accidents continue to comprise a substantial portion of the firm's practice, our clients have been sufficiently pleased with our work to also retain us in a number of related areas over time. The types of matters that we typically handle are as follows:
- Federal Aviation Administration enforcement defense.
- Aircraft purchases, sales and leasing.
- Airport/Fixed Base Operator leases, airport noise and airport discrimination cases.
- Insurance defense and coverage matters resulting from aircraft accidents/incidents, product liability, premises and municipal liability.
- Construction accident and defect litigation, particularly involving construction of airport terminals.
- Marine, trucking and cargo loss/insurance coverage litigation.
- Administrative Law, Insurance, Appellate Practice, Litigation, Aviation and Aerospace, Personal Injury, Commercial Law, Products Liability
