Best Practices for Drug and Alcohol Program Managers

“Using a third-party administrator can help organize and streamline your program, but a company must still have an internal DPM. Further, using a third-party administrator does not relieve your organization of its responsibilities or liabilities regarding your program. ‘It is best practice to get expert help setting up your program. You can outsource the nuts and bolts to a third party, but you’re still responsible for compliance,’ said Christopher Poreda, an attorney at Law Office of Paul A.
