Mike brings 15 years of aviation law and regulatory experience, built on a successful career with a federal administrative agency. He offers broad and practical expertise in litigation, rulemaking, and a range of aviation legal, regulatory, and policy matters. Known for his collaborative approach, Mike has led a team of attorneys, mentored junior lawyers, and advised agency personnel on complex legal and compliance issues.
A lifelong aviation enthusiast, Mike holds both Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor certificates. He began his aviation career by teaching students to fly and towing gliders, an experience that sparked a lasting commitment to the field. He later flew freight and served as a corporate pilot for a medical center, piloting jet and turboprop aircraft to transport patients, their families, and medical crews.
